These Terms & Conditions baji baji This serves as a legally binding agreement between the platform and its users. These terms apply automatically whenever you use baji baji's services — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel.
Baji baji reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the platform. Continued use of the service following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bangla version shall prevail.
Section 2
Account Registration & Verification
Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when registering with baji baji. Creating an account with false details is a violation of these Terms, and the account may be suspended at any time.
Your real name must be used, exactly as it appears on your national ID or passport.
A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required. The number must be verified via OTP.
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Identity verification via national ID is required before withdrawals above a certain amount.

Age & Eligibility Requirements

Strict Age Limit: baji baji's services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from opening accounts or playing any games. Providing false information during age verification will result in permanent account closure.
Baji baji conducts regular age verification. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for accounts flagged as suspicious. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete.

- Participation must be voluntary and in a sound state of mind
- Must not be subject to any court injunction

Important
The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Every bonus offer at baji baji comes with specific wagering requirements. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until these requirements have been met.
To receive the 300% bonus on your first deposit, the bonus amount must be wagered 18x. If the requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, it will be forfeited. The bonus can be used across all game types; however, the bonus contribution for Sports Betting is 50%.
To qualify for the weekly reload bonus, a minimum bet of ৳5,000 must be placed in the previous week. Cashback is credited directly to your account and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement. Please note that multiple bonuses cannot be combined within the same week.
Winnings from free spins require a 10x wager, while winnings from free bets require a 5x wager. Free spins and free bets are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused rewards will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
Section 6
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji baji. Any violation will result in immediate account closure, and accumulated funds may be confiscated.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Manipulating the bonus system or misusing bonuses
- Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
- Using hacks, cheats, or unauthorized software in any game
- Harassing or defrauding other users
- Creating an account or conducting transactions using a false identity
- Depositing funds from stolen or illegal sources
- Assisting minors in opening an account
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Baji baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
Any breach of these Terms will result in immediate action.
If any unusual or suspicious transaction or behavior is detected, the account will be suspended pending investigation.
Failure to respond to a KYC verification request will result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.
You may close your account at any time. Simply withdraw your balance before doing so.

Responsible Gaming Policy
Baji baji takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming is meant for entertainment — not as a guaranteed way to make money. We are committed to the mental and financial well-being of our members.
- Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
- Self-Exclusion: You have the option to take a self-exclusion break for a set period of time.
- Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders about your gaming session duration.
- Loss Limit: Automatic session termination once a set loss limit has been reached.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with international gaming laws and the guidelines of baji baji's licensing authority. Any legal disputes will be resolved through the mediation of the licensing authority.
